After 35 years of never filing a claim I filed for a small dent on my door. After a long lecture from the agent about what wasn’t available to me in my policy I went ahead with a claim. After two weeks I heard nothing and took my own photos and submitted them. Again I heard nothing and went to the repair service who again took photos. He submitted them to the company and after another two weeks of emails and phone calls that were never returned I decided to cancel the claim. This company is a scam. I was completely ignored as a customer but they were happy to take my money, raise the rate and give me nothing for a covid rebate. You get what you pay for. With Gore Mutaul a lower rate equals ZERO service.
