Welland is a city in the Southern part of the province of Ontario and is part of the Regional Municipality of Niagara. As per the 2016 census, the population of Welland was 52293. The city is located closely within Niagara-On-The-Lake, Port Colborne, St. Catharines and Buffalo. All these cities are well connected by railways and the Welland River and Welland Canal.
