I will never join I access roadside assistance again what a waste of money.. phone for a tow I’m allowed to a year and said they won’t told me out of the snow, I asked if they could send a truck and I would pay out of pocket and they weren’t sure, did they call me back never heard from him
Love this company, purchased the recovery winch add on for $15/year and when I got stuck in the snow they pulled me right out no problem. No brainer would buy again, gives me so much peace of mind now that my kids are driving too!
It is the worst nightmare of a company.
They were quick to take my money for the Advantage membership for a cube van but when it was time to get service all of a sudden they don’t cover cube vans.
Asked for a refund but NO WAY.
I would avoid this company in a hurry
I rented a motor home had a flat tire,Very poor service someone from access insurance didn’t know what they were doing waited 6 hours for a tire repairs we were stuck in Kamloops BC on July 13/2023 ,every time I called them 3 times they kept on telling me the repair company was busy when I pushed the issue that this time for a tire repair was ridiculous she told me she was going to let someone else talk to me about the situation ,then she told me the tire repair company was on there way, when they showed up I ask the tire repair guy if they were busy and what was the issue he told me they didn’t give him a PO and access never phoned him back with a PO Authorization to do the repair call, far as I’m concerned very poor service I have AMA insurance and I used it before for a tow and unlock a vehicle I wouldn’t recommend this company for road side assistance not even a apology from the company, why it took so long for a tire repair.
